Today, my boss told me I remind him of Bob the Builder. Uhh, thank you.
1. Bob the Builder is an international icon
2. He is constantly equipped with any tool to overcame ANY obstacle
3. Dude is obviously physically fit
Researching marketing and advertising companies via the thing they call the internet, I came across a company called Material Group. Couple clicks and boom…came across some awesome campaigns, thought I’d share this one in particle.
Via the website:
“When arguably the best class of free agents in the history of the NBA hit the market, the Chicago Bulls left nothing to chance. Considering every point of interaction when making a case for the team and the city of Chicago, they chose the iPad™ as a unique device to communicate a personal and customized message for each of the target free agents.
Material Group was selected to lead and develop the experience from wireframes through design and development as well as deployment. Each iPad™ was crafted especially for the selected player and customized with specific content and media. The look and feel was modern, aggressive and inspired by the Bulls iconic history.”
I wonder if Reinsdorf literally just handed each person an iPad and said check this out, cause that would be awesome.
Meeting Request sent to Winter:
Agenda – Please go away.
The NFL Owners have given the green light to a new rule on the special teams front. Why? I have no idea.
Kickoffs will now start from the 30 yard line instead of the 35. Giving the most powerful kickers ever to play the game the ability to nab a touch-back virtually every time. This takes one of the most exciting parts of the sport out of the game and will give significant advantage to the kickoff teams.
No more Devin Hester breakaways for the Bears? Maybe on punts, however they already punt it out of bounds every time.
We shall see how this turns out…future looks grim in my opinion.
